Assign teacher pay rates

Use this guide to assign and update the pay rates of a teacher.

POST /teachers/{id}/pay-rates/ assigns initial pay rates to a teacher without a configuration. PATCH /teachers/{id}/pay-rates/ updates an existing configuration. Read the result from /teacher-pay-rates/. Excluded class passes use excluded_class_pass_ids. Cancellation-related fields use American spelling: canceled_amount, canceled_bookings_count_as_confirmed and the canceled_bookings bonus applicability value.
