Webhooks reference
appointment.canceled is emitted when an appointment moves from a non-canceled status
to a status canceled by the client, a manager, or its linked class. Further edits to an
already canceled appointment emit appointment.updated, not another cancellation event.
The payload is read at delivery time, so it may reflect a later change, including a
reactivated appointment.
Appointments whose client is no longer addressable in the company's catalogue are
omitted from V2 appointment lists, return 404 on retrieval, and are not delivered as
webhook payloads. This keeps the required client_id consistent across both APIs.
Venue events describe the subscribing company's catalogue. venue.created means the
venue was associated with that company. venue.deleted contains only the venue ID and
means the association was removed; a shared venue can still exist for another company.
Reassigning an association emits deletion for the previous company and creation for the
new company. Changes to the venue, its address, or its spot layout emit venue.updated
for its associated companies.
V2 includes class_pass.created, class_pass.updated, client_class_pass.created,
client_class_pass.updated, product.created, and product.updated. Their data follows the
corresponding V2 REST resource. See the resource mapping
for retrieve routes and current-state update semantics. These event families are not available
for existing V1 registrations.
Client class pass events are skipped when the pass no longer has a client in its owner's company. V2 lists omit the same pass and detail requests return 404.
